The zones they have to rep grind in they get to fly in which makes it much faster. Both the factions they have to earn exalted with, they should already be exalted with. I mean i'm revered 3/4 of the way to exalted with both Nightfallen and Highmountain just from doing the storyline and barely touching the emissary quests.
